2. Eligibility

To use PlayHaven.cc, you must:

PlayHaven does not handle payments between users.
All transactions between providers and clients occur independently & off-platform.

Refunds follow our Billing & Refund Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Results

PlayHaven does not guarantee:

• Calls
• Bookings
• Income
• User behaviour
• Accuracy of listings

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlayHaven is not responsible for:

• Offline interactions
• Loss, damages, theft, or personal injury
• Provider actions or client actions
• Misrepresentation in ads
• Service outcomes

PlayHaven simply provides a space for listings.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario (or Alberta if preferred).
