For Providers

• Use real, recent photos
• Verify your identity
• Respect all clients
• No aggressive explicit nudity for profile covers
• Respond professionally
• Follow Canadian laws

For Clients

• Communicate respectfully
• No illegal requests
• No harassment or intimidation
• No unsafe in-person behaviour
• PlayHaven is a community of mutual respect.

3. DMCA NOTICE (Copyright Policy)

If your copyrighted content appears on PlayHaven without permission, email:

4. CONTENT MODERATION POLICY

PlayHaven uses:

We remove content that violates:

Severe violations lead to permanent bans.

5. BILLING & REFUND POLICY

All payments for:

• Ads
• Boosts
• Subscriptions
• Premium placement

…are final and non-refundable once an ad is approved.

Refunds are only issued if:

• PlayHaven made a technical billing error
• Duplicate billing occurred

Chargebacks without valid cause result in:

• Account suspension
• Debt collection
• Potential legal action
